Paramesh will be co-teaching a 200 hours training for La Casa Shambala yoga school, in April and October 2025, in Monchique, Portugal.
Join me in the mystical mountains of Monchique, in southern Portugal, for a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training organized by La Casa Shambala.

As of now, I am scheduled to teach two trainings in 2025, together with a co-teacher.
